A bee was too anxious to wait for the crocus to fully open before getting inside to forage...creating an illusion that a bee is ready to hatch out of a crocus egg...
 A 11x14" framed photo of this one was donated and auctioned for $126 March 10, 2007 at the Michigan Beekeepers ANR week meeting .  Also published as cover photo for American Bee Journal, March, 2007.
